LoopMe bolsters its growth ambitions with three new senior appointments
Edward Peterson, Stephen St. Pierre, and Josh Lax join management team to accelerate ongoing success
New York, September 5, 2025 – LoopMe, the global leader in brand performance, has announced three new appointments that continue its focus on building for future growth. These bring additional expertise in the areas of technology, agency partnerships, and talent management to further strengthen the business and its management team.
Edward Peterson joins as Senior Vice President of Global Engineering from Microsoft, where he was part of its AI team that rolled out Copilot globally. He brings over 25 years of technology leadership from Microsoft, Xandr, and AppNexus, encompassing complex technical transformations, large-scale platform modernization, and building high-performing engineering teams. Reporting to LoopMe’s CTO and Founder, Marco van de Bergh, Eddie will become part of the senior management team, overseeing LoopMe’s software development hubs in the US, Poland, and Ukraine, and focusing on delivering innovation and operational excellence.
With an extensive advertising industry background, Stephen St. Pierre becomes Vice President, US Agency Partnerships. Having worked with agency holding companies, independents, and Fortune 100 clients, as well as disrupting the legacy radio business at Pandora. Stephen will drive LoopMe’s strategy for nurturing, developing, and strengthening relationships with advertising agencies.
Meanwhile, Josh Lax takes on the position of Vice President Global Talent, as LoopMe looks to continue attracting and developing the best people to support its ambitions. Focusing on building the company’s talent agenda, he brings over 20 years of recruitment experience, having worked at Nielsen, Best Buy, and Conde Nast, as well as spending four years at The Trade Desk scaling its Go-To-Market teams.
