Programmatic Campaign Manager / Ad Ops Manager - W076

Description

This is a specialist role that is critical in allowing us to measure and optimize the overall health of LoopMe’s programmatic and managed business including analysis of revenue, supply and demand, auction win/loss rates & floor pricing.

You will have the opportunity to grow in the role and define your own path to success. Whilst you will work autonomously and use your own initiative, you will also work in close collaboration with the Client Service team, to proactively drive success for our clients. Ultimately the successful candidate will serve as our operational gatekeeper of the LoopMe programmatic tech stack, with an understanding of inventory structure, monetization efficiency & stack health.

Specific accountabilities include:

  • To evaluate performance & detail recommendations for future growth
  • Campaign optimisation, communicating relevant metrics, and evaluating campaign results and making recommendations to the CM and AM
  • Ensure diversity of delivery and deliver campaign KPIs
  • To work closely with Supply and product teams to optimise pricing and inventory volume through programmatic and managed service campaigns.
  • To define optimisation standards, growth metrics & benchmarks
  • To manage creative quality, report on a weekly/monthly basis
  • To manage, analyse and distribute revenue reporting; highlight key benchmarks, closely monitor market trends, and progress against daily revenue targets.
  • To implement and document process changes, identify areas for improvement
  • To provide information regarding the availability of inventory and alternatives to the use of that inventory

To succeed in this role you will require the following skills and knowledge:

  • Proven commercial advertising experience in a technical/programmatic role
  • Technical troubleshooting for PMP/PG Deals as well as third-party tags
  • Strong knowledge of online ad serving at a technical level
  • Campaign optimisation, communicating relevant metrics, and evaluating campaign results
  • Deep experience with key programmatic and digital platforms
  • Understanding and familiarity with key industry concepts and trends
  • Experience working with (or for) media agencies, brands, publishers, ad tech vendors
  • Working knowledge of mobile app&display advertising, and monetization
  • Proven track record of delivering growth through yield and pricing strategies
  • Analytical background – being able to extract and formulate learnings and recommendations
    Experience of working with different DSPs
