As a Lead SDK Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enabling gaming application developers to monetize their games through advertising revenue. Join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge mobile advertising technologies, shaping the future of our Ads Platform.


In this role, you will

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform features while addressing the unique challenges of mobile
  • Work with client and backend teams to develop new systems
  • Integrate feedback from external partners to evolve and improve existing features
  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of our mobile ad SDKs
  • Guide development projects and manage LoopMe’s SDK development team. 
  • Next to being the expert on the practical and technical aspects required for a project's completion, you are involved in handling the management or business side of technology projects.
  • Lead by example when it comes to coding practices and writing high-performance code

What we’re looking for

  • You are an experienced expert with lots of mobile application or advertising industry knowledge (+7 years) and have the skills to mentor and manage a development team
  • Experienced in managing a small development team
  • Basic C++ skills
  • Proven experience with iOS AND Android OS development and recent hands-on coding experience
  • History of shipping successful mobile games or applications
  • Experience with debugging build systems, IDE’s, networking, applications
  • Strong collaborator, works well on distributed teams, able to take on work independently
  • Passion for games, great user experiences, and building products that serve the needs of multiple games
  • Experience writing asynchronous systems with some of the logic on both the client and server
  • Building and configuring applications
  • Ensuring team adherence to project quality standards
  • Communicating client specifications to development teams
  • Assisting with application troubleshooting and debugging
  • Keeping projects on schedule to meet deadlines
  • Writing testable and scalable code for programs
  • Educating junior developers on best practices
