What we need

We're looking for a part time Office Manager (to be onsite Tuesdays - Thursdays) to take on full responsibility for the maintenance and organisation for our Farringdon office. An office move is imminent, so experience in relocating a busy business with minimal disruption will be hugely beneficial!

As our Office Manager, you will be...

• Managing our move into our new offices (we'll still be in Farringdon!)
• Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and leases
• Liaising with facility management vendors; including cleaning and security services
• Managing the office budget, working with Finance where necessary

• Addressing all employee queries regarding office management issues; i.e stationary, equipment, repairs
• Partnering with HR to update and maintain all office policies as necessary
• Covering the CEO's EA's leave where necessary

You'll have

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or in an Administrative role
• Confidence in dealing with external vendors and cost negotiations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
• The ability to think creatively to problem solve and look for efficiencies
• A keen interest in supporting on events and other ad hoc projects
• International experience is a bonus!
