As a Lead SDK Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enabling gaming application developers to monetize their games through advertising revenue. Join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge mobile advertising technologies, shaping the future of our Ads Platform.

As our Lead SDK Engineer, you will be…

• Spearheading the development and evolution of cross-platform features, overcoming the unique challenges posed by mobile environments.
• Partner seamlessly with client and backend teams to architect and build new systems.
• Integrate valuable feedback from external partners, ensuring our products continuously evolve and improve.
• Own the end-to-end success of our mobile ad SDKs, from development to deployment.
• Lead and mentor LoopMe's SDK development team, guiding projects to successful completion.
• Leverage your deep technical knowledge to drive strategic decision-making and project management.
• Be the bridge between the technical and business worlds, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact
• Set the standard for high-performance coding and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  

You’ll have

• Experience in mobile app/advertising industries.
• Proven track record in managing small development teams.
• Basic C++ skills
• Strong iOS and Android development skills with recent hands-on coding.
• Successfully shipped mobile games or applications.
• Experienced in debugging build systems, IDEs, networking, and applications.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in distributed environments and can work independently.
• Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and products that cater to multiple games.
• Proficient in writing asynchronous systems, building and configuring applications, ensuring quality standards, communicating with clients, troubleshooting, meeting deadlines, and writing testable code.
• Committed to mentoring junior developers and fostering best practices.
