What we need:

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our high growth PE backed AdTech business. You will join two existing Finance Analysts in the Krakow office and will work closely with the Senior FP&A Manager and Finance Director in London to assist in financial analysis, supporting commercial decision-making and period-end close.

What you’ll be doing:

• Commercial financial analysis and modelling to support decision making
• Business partnering senior stakeholders
• Working with the Senior FP&A Manager on forecasting and budgeting
• Analysis of financial metrics and business performance to identify tangible actions
• Responsible for cost tracking, reporting and analysis across the P&L
• Ad hoc business reporting and analysis needs

You’ll have:

• Numerical-based degree (ideally Economics, Finance or Accounting related)
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal English is a must
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present information
• Methodical approach with attention to detail
• A curious and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Experience in advertising/media industry is a plus, but not essential
• Experience using NetSuite and any BI tools (e.g ThoughtSpot) would be a plus
