Automation QA Engineer - Dnipro

Description

We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer professional to develop an AQA ecosystem for testing an adtech system based on microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, write, and develop test scenarios.

- Collaborate with development teams to enhance and integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.

- Utilize programming skills to write scalable, maintainable, and efficient test code (predominantly Java).

- Work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth automation integration and efficient deployment processes.

- Contribute to test documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve automation frameworks and processes.

- Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

 Qualifications:

- 2+ years' experience working as AQA

- Proven experience in API testing and microservices environments.

- Familiarity with REST API testing, JSON schema validation, and HTTP protocols.

- Proficiency in Java with a strong understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as JUnit, RestAssured, and WireMock.

- Hands-on experience with test reporting tools.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.

- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and containerization concepts.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Spring Boot.

- Experience with gRPC.

- Integration testing experience.

- Basic knowledge of Docker.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
