LoopMe secures two new patents for Intelligent Marketplace throttler
LoopMe’s vision is to change advertising for the better. A key part of delivering on that vision is building technology that makes advertising smarter and we are delighted to announce that LoopMe has secured two patents for an innovation that does exactly that.
Filed in the UK and the EU, the patents cover the cutting-edge throttler technology powering the LoopMe Intelligent Marketplace. Both patents protect the same core invention: an intelligent method of routing ad requests to the demand sources that are interested in those particular requests.
By connecting supply and demand more efficiently, LoopMe is not only driving improvements for the programmatic supply chain but is also eliminating the carbon emissions associated with unnecessary ad requests. Proudly carbon neutral since 2023, LoopMe is committed to creating a sustainable adtech ecosystem, with prior patents for the LoopMe Intelligent Marketplace also contributing to this goal.
The two new patents bring LoopMe’s total portfolio to seven, underscoring LoopMe’s continued investment in developing pioneering solutions. LoopMe’s dedicated data science team ensures that our technology sets us apart and offers unique value to our customers, with Leonard Newnham, Chief Data Scientist, and Tom Hunter Smith, AVP Data Science, listed as the inventors of the latest patents.
A further patent for the throttler technology is currently pending in the US and we look forward to sharing more as this application progresses.
