LoopMe surveyed 2,116 U.S. consumers from June 15-19, 2023 to understand consumer sentiment regarding tax preparation services. We also analyzed what consumers value most from a tax preparation service provider and which type of tax preparation service they prefer.
LoopMe also carried out a study into Canadian consumer sentiment to tax preparation services.
