Junior DevOps Engineer - V026

Description

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team.

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with our DevOps team to support and optimize our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will also play a key role in improving our observability, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and assisting in the maintenance of high-scale, big-data distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to improve observability through monitoring and logging solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployments.
• Work on tasks related to maintaining and scaling high-scale, big-data distributed systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of the public cloud concept and experience with any public cloud provider(GCP preferred)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and docker
• Familiarity with observability tools and practices.
• Familiarity of any scripting language (Python preferred)
• Interest in CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Programming skills in any scripting language
• Experience with Linux environment;
• English proficiency at least at the B2 level.
