What we need

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team in Singapore. This is a specialist role which will see you measure and optimise the overall health of Loopme’s programmatic and managed business. You will be the operational gatekeeper of our programmatic tech stack and your understanding of inventory structures, monetization efficiency and stack health will see you analysing revenue, supply and demand, auction win / loss rates and floor pricing.

What you’ll be doing

  • Evaluating performance and detailing recommendations for future growth
  • Campaign optimisations; communicating relevant metrics and evaluating campaign results, making recommendations to the Campaign Managers
  • Working closely with Supply and Product teams to optimise pricing and inventory volume through programmatic and managed service campaigns
  • Define optimisation standards, growth metrics and benchmarks
  • Manage creative quality, report on weekly/monthly basis
  • Manage, analyse and distribute revenue reporting; highlight key benchmarks, closely monitor market trends, and progress against daily revenue targets.
  • Implementing and documenting process changes, identifing areas for improvement
  • Providing information regarding availability of inventory and alternatives to the use of that inventory

You will have

  • Experience working with (or for) media agencies, brands, publishers, ad tech vendors
  • Proven commercial advertising experience in a technical/programmatic role
  • Technical troubleshooting for PMP/PG Deals as well as third party tags
  • Strong knowledge of online ad serving at a technical level
  • Campaign optimisation, communicating relevant metrics, and evaluating campaign results
  • Deep experience with key programmatic and digital platforms
  • Understanding and familiarity of key industry concepts and trends
  • Working knowledge of mobile app & display advertising, and monetization
  • Proven track record of delivering growth through yield and pricing strategies
  • Analytical background – being able to extract and formulate learnings and recommendations
  • Experience of working with different DSPs
