What we need

We're looking for an Insights & Analytics Manager to join our Measurement team. Reporting to the GM of Measurement, you will play a critical role within the team and broader LoopMe commercial organization. You will work closely with the Sales, Product & Client Services teams to develop campaign measurement strategies for current and prospective clients, manage campaign measurement & analysis, identify unique measurement insights, interface with clients, manage 3rd party measurement vendors, and drive new value through your knowledge of ad sales research and advertising.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building sales narratives and RFP responses based on campaign measurement and insights, in partnership with the Sales Planning & Marketing teams
  • Provide campaign data analysis in partnership with the Client Services team, delivering insights and actionable recommendations
  • Manage third party Measurement vendors and partners
  • Evaluate new measurement vendors and create POV’s based on vendor capabilities, industry trends and client needs
  • Leverage LoopMe proprietary measurement solutions and 3rd party syndicated tools to create and present analyses
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams with research and analytics, including audience data, network metrics, normative data, and campaign insights for cases studies and collateral
  • Partner with the Product Team to develop new measurement capabilities and product enhancements for LoopMe’s advertising outcomes platform

You’ll have

  • Media research experience at a fast-paced web publisher, media agency or DSP/SSP/DMP or Ad Network
  • Deep understanding of media planning and media math (e.g. reach, frequency, audience composition, uplift, outcomes)
  • Experience with syndicated media research, ad effectives and analytics tools
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve, as well as effectively collaborate with various teams

Our Compensation and Benefits (for New York residents only)
$110,000 - $150,000
In accordance with New York law, the range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
