What we need
As our Technical Support Manager, you will be part of our rapidly growing global Open Marketplace team. Based in our Singapore office, you will be working closely with our Business Development lead in Beijing to support our Publisher portfolio with onboarding and integrations.
What you'll be doing
- Managing assigned Publisher portfolio and providing excellent client service
- Leading tech-related communication during the integration process on all key client accounts
- Working cross-functionally with Product, Supply and Data Science teams to improve processes
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders and external clients
- Leading publisher integrations through SDK, oRTB, Vast and web tag
- Liaising with and troubleshooting 3rd party providers
You will have
- Prior experience in Technical Account Management from an AdTech company, media owner or media agency trading desk
- Experience with apps/SDK integration support
- Strong understanding and knowledge of programmatic advertising with previous exposure to campaign trafficking and pixel implementation
- Experience in RTB and the different variances that can occur within this space
- Results-driven with strong analytical skill
- Experience in debugging with charles proxy and Kibana is a plus
- Fluent Mandarin language skill is essential
