What we need
LoopMe is looking for HR Business Partner to join the newly created office in Krakow, to support the Tech Leadership teams across Poland and Ukraine.
The HR Business Partner is fully responsible for the planning, delivery, and development of all of LoopMe’s people activities across the Tech, Engineering, Product, Data Science & Operations business, partnering with local leaders and colleagues from the Global People team to build on current engagement activities and policy initiatives
What you’ll be doing
Culture, Employee Engagement & Retention:
• Assist in the creation and implementation of programs to ensure our Values are at the core of all activity across employee development, retention and engagement initiatives
• Develop and maintain strategies to enable employees to progress their careers at LoopMe
• Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees as needed (issues resolution, personal and team development etc.)
• Partner with Global People Operations Director, Talent Acquisition team, Global People Team colleagues, and office management teams to implement organizational local and global initiatives as necessary
Employer Branding:
• Help establish LoopMe as a destination employer of choice, both internally and externally
• Serve as a cultural ambassador and provide support to initiatives that ensure LoopMe remains an employer of choice
Learning, Development & Engagement:
• Be closely involved in the design and implementation of learning, development and engagement initiatives across LoopMe Poland and Ukraine
• Support the management teams with driving performance and development across their teams
Compensation & Benefits:
• Partner with the local Talent Acquisition team, and local professional HR networks to track and measure local compensation and benefits offerings and market changes to ensure that LoopMe continues to remain competitive in the local marketplace.
• Provide proactive and commercial solutions and proposals on compensation and benefits improvements/innovations to ensure LoopMe remains competitive in the marketplace and is seen as an employer of choice.
HR Operations Management:
• Provide day-to-day advice on People policies, procedures and programs, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, implementing solutions where appropriate
• Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, performance management and off-boarding processes, including exit interviews and analysis
• Work on relevant people metrics and drive through appropriate interventions in line with the overall people and business strategy
• Working with the Global People Operations Director and Legal team on employee relations issues including performance management, organisational structure and growth strategies, ensuring consistency to approach and management of risk
• Develop and maintain strong and trusted partnerships with leaders and managers, providing constructive challenge and acting as a sounding board, advisor, and coach
• Maintain compliance with all local laws and regulations
