What we need

We’re looking for a Head of Group Reporting to join our high growth, PE backed, global AdTech business. This is a critical role in the finance team where you will be responsible for reporting the consolidated group accounts and overseeing the technical accounting required for an exit within the next two years.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the group’s internal monthly reporting process
  • Delivering international multi-currency consolidation, including but not limited to monthly statutory cash flows, SOCIE, and notes
  • Accounting for goodwill and annual impairment reviews
  • Leading across the group level tax, interest, amortisation and foreign exchange
  • Owning the Group’s holding entity accounts inclusive of equity management and ensuring all local statutory filings are up to date with regulators
  • Reviewing and manage the group inter-company process and compliance with group policies, including global transfer pricing
  • Developing and maintain the group’s accounting policies, preparation of accounting papers, and maintaining an effective financial control framework
  • Owning and delivering IFRS conversion from FRS 102 consolidated accounts
  • Producing monthly consolidated primary financial statements and associated notes in accordance with IFRS
  • Preparing quarterly financial presentations, including forward looking forecasts, alongside FP&A teams for items below EBITDA, balance sheet, and cashflows
  • Interaction with investor relations and due diligence work-streams on corporate transactions

You will have

  • Previous experience in a Senior Group Finance role OR working in a Big Four environment
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • An excellent grasp of technical accounting matters and building strong relationships with external parties
  • Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS and US GAAP
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience improving group reporting and operational efficiencies
  • Experience within a SOX environment, and working with internal audit would be helpful
  • Experience with NetSuite would be preferable
  • Extensive excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of M&A and integration accounting
