We’re looking for an Analytics rockstar to lead and build our campaign analytics function. The right person for this role has an obsession with data, measurement and tracking, and has a strong data-driven marketing perspective to help translate analysis into actionable insights. This will be a very hands-on role in the beginning, as we build out this team.

The Role:

  • Analyze and optimize mobile advertising campaigns
  • Manage campaigns across multiple markets ensuring target results are met / exceeded
  • Create reports, analyse data and pin point trends
  • Research target audience and where they can be found
  • Provide excellent customer service and turnaround
  • Be a product expert to upsell when appropriate
  • Design and implement tests to evaluate model and feature performance
  • Design testing plans to improve performance
  • Be able to communicate that our models can be used to optimize performance

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous advertising technology, digital agency experience
  • Proven experience of delivering successful advertising campaigns within the digital space
  • Commercially minded
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data
  • Methodical with attention to detail
  • The ability to form strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Previous DMP experience a strong plus


  • B.S., M.S. degree a plus
