The Role:

The Senior Business Development Manager / Director is responsible for managing a pipeline of app developer/ publisher distribution partnerships across APAC.  Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: identifying potential deals within his or her region and developing the tactics and teams needed to close partnerships.

The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized, and able to demonstrate the ability to sell complex solutions to medium to large companies, and will be comfortable selling six figure deals to agencies, brands and publishers direct.

You will also work closely with the rest of the LoopMe team to define and execute appropriate partner programs; marketing, technical and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close business development initiatives that are consistent with LoopMe strategy
  • Develop strategic partnerships
  • Manage a portfolio of publishers, monitoring their overall traffic, identifying opportunities for growth and the areas open to risk. Troubleshooting problems that may arise
  • Develop effective team working practices with our global based teams, sharing contacts and knowledge, to work towards common goals
  • Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required
  • Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Interface with technical support internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners
  • Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Experienced in mobile, online advertising or ad technology background (mobile preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in mobile games advertising sale
  • Based in Beijing with extensive knowledge of China and Asia mobile advertising market
  • Deep understanding of the mobile advertising market: products, players, technologies
  • Strong app developer / publisher contacts (games, media, communications and social)
  • Strong background of success in business development, marketing, and/or sales environment (demonstrated success identifying and closing new business against targets preferred)
  • Comfortable understanding and explaining a base level of technical information to non-technical people
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed (work is mostly based in Beijing)

  • A love of the mobile market!


  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • Preferably relevant masters or MBA
