As a Junior Mobile Media Buyer you will work on n a range of client accounts, supporting the media buying director and other colleagues (account management, business development).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, analyze and optimize media buying campaigns
  • Continuously optimize the performance of campaigns towards clients KPI’s
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities in media buying
  • Work closely with the designing team to optimize high performing creative materials (banners, landing pages)
  • Build strong relationships with media sales companies and negotiate special terms with ad networks and supply platforms
  • Attend industry events to strengthen and expand your network

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in Media Buying / Media Selling
  • Previous experience in mobile app marketing
  • Very strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is a must-have (Russian a plus)
  • Pro-active personality, a team player
  • Creativity and problem solving skills


  • Relevant Bachelors’ degree
