BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Role:

  • To grow LoopMe UA supply side platform by adding new sources of inventory- video & display from high end publishers
  • To ensure that, at all times, LoopMe mobile network demonstrates best practice in publishing recruitment and retention
  • To ensure efficient availability of the inventory
  • To build a strong team of motivated and customer-focused BD managers
  • To produce weekly updates and on demand reports on the publishing pipeline
  • To maximize LoopMe revenue and margin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit high end inventory sources according to the company pipeline and targets (Alexa top 100 in-app and mobile web properties)
  • Respond to ad hoc and urgent demand by unlocking new countries, recruiting vertical publishers or advertising formats
  • Promote LoopMe DSP to prospect publishers
  • Represent LoopMe during events and conferences
  • Coordinate internally with the client services team the on-boarding of new publishers
  • Monitor and track the growth of the publishing recruitment process across UK & EMEA
  • Regularly provide and update the sales presentations and material
  • Mentor a team of junior sales BD

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in digital mobile advertising
  • At least 3 years of online advertising experience is required- ideally in video with a focus on media sales/planning/buying
  • Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and with great attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of the mobile advertising market: products, players, technologies
  • Strong portfolio of contacts
  • Strong background of success in business development, and or sales environment
  • Ability to qualify and close leads and focus on opportunities that have the most strategic and financial impact for the company
  • Ability to develop and manage pipeline of opportunities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed (Work is mostly based in London)
  • Fluent in English

Education:

  • Bachelors’ degree preferred
