LOCATION: Training in London – Relocate to New York after 6 months

The Role:

In the Ad Operations Internship the candidate will be a member of our ad operations team & work closely with our advertising clients, partners and sales team. The role encompasses managing campaign bookings, optimization and account management. You will spend 3-6 months getting trained in our London headquarters and relocate to a permanent role in our amazing New York office! Due to the nature of the role you must have eligible US working rights.

The ideal candidate loves all things mobile, has strong analytics skills, and high attention for details, good communication and client facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be providing general campaign support to the Client Services and Commercial teams, which includes:

  • Liase with advertising clients on behalf of LoopMe
  • Upload client-provided and custom ads with 100% accuracy
  • Campaign Trafficking
  • Work with our creative team to try out new creative designs for campaigns
  • Provide campaign post-analysis reports and adjust campaign bookings to maximize results for clients.
  • Ability to work with the product and creative teams to increase effectiveness of campaigns
  • Troubleshooting campaign and creative issues - escalating to appropriate teams
  • Provide excellent customer service and turnaround
  • Working with US blue chip brands

  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication
  • Well organised with ability to multi-task and prioritise key projects
  • Ability to project manage effectively
  • Ability to successfully work remotely while liaising with international internal stakeholders in different locations globally
