Marco has worked in mobile advertising since 2006, as Director of Technology EMEA at Ad Infuse (sold to Velti) and Director of Products for Velti based in San Francisco. He worked in development & strategy for mobile services as Senior Business Analyst in Vodafone Group R&D Strategy.

Pete entered digital at BskyB, winning numerous awards for ground breaking campaigns with Paramount, Visa and Google and moved into mobile at Millennial Media, making it to Head of Agency Sales. During his time at Millennial, he worked through the IPO which valued the company at 2 billion dollars. In his final year leading his team, Pete increased the brand sales revenue by 200%, winning the coveted Campaign “Digital Sales Team of Year” award.
VP North America Sales
Scott joins LoopMe from RocketFuel, where he held the position of Vice President Strategic Sales before being appointed Vice President Agency Partnerships, and helped to take the company from start-up through to IPO, managing a team of 30 sellers and contributing $160 million of the company’s global revenue.
VP Client Services
Helene has worked in digital for over 10 years for companies like Spreadshirt and TradeDoubler. In 2008, she joined goviral (now Be On) as one of the first employees in London, where she ran the first truly viral video campaigns of the web. Helene helped build Be On into the global leader for video content distribution by growing the international client services team and retaining global brands like LG, Heineken and Sony. goviral was acquired by AOL for $97M in 2011.
Auriel has worked in various technology companies in the UK, US and Australia from Cisco to start ups, including an interim role heading up International Finance for Seven Networks based out of Helsinki. She has experience in implementing systems and processes in fast paced environments, and is always keen to ensure Finance is a value add function within the organisation.
VP Strategic Partnerships
Mike has held several demanding commercial roles in his career, starting out at Zenith Media before moving onto specialist digital agency i-level in 2006. A move to the sales side as UK Head of Agency Trading for Microsoft was followed by being UK Head of Agency Sales where he managed a team of 30 across the full Microsoft Advertising Portfolio. Before joining LoopMe, Mike was at Telegraph Media Group with responsibility for digital trading and programmatic revenues.
RVP, Enterprise Strategy
Erica has worked in the digital marketing space for 14 years. She has driven digital strategy and innovation programs for some of the world’s largest brands, including Heineken, NBC and Microsoft. Focusing on positively impacting client relationships and revenue, Erica built and led a 30-person Client Service team at Mode Media, developing long-term strategic partnerships and improving the company’s retention rate.

Lauren specializes in marketing in the digital advertising space. Formerly Senior Global Marketing Manager at Teads, she drove a successful rebrand, quickly rising through the team to become responsible for the UK market before going on to manage Teads’ marketing activities on a global scale.

Vishal's Digital story started with InMobi in 2013 where he ran Online Business Development for 3 years and then later was leading Sales Partnerships & establishing the InMobi exchange business in India. Vishal has also worked extensively in the telecom space, first as a solution engineer and then later as a Business Development Manager.

Carlos has been in video media for over ten years, beginning his career on agency side, at RJ Palmer, working across traditional and digital accounts. He later took that background to YuMe, as a founding member of the NYC sales team, focusing on video advertising. Within his five years there he became the top sales person and winner of the inaugural "Kadambi President's Club" award, while contributing to the growth of the company as they went Public.

Kate was Google’s first employee outside the US and led the company to strong international success from 2001 to 2008. Subsequently she was VP at Bebo and CEO of AOL International.

Barbod is a Principal at Holtzbrinck Ventures, one of the leading European early-stage Venture Capital Firms with over € 600m under management. Barbod has been working in various investment roles across London, New York and Berlin for just over a decade, across the public markets as well as the private markets. Prior to his role at HV Ventures he was instrumental in expanding Rocket Internet’s portfolio of companies in the role of VP Investment Management.
Michael “Monty” Widenius
Monty is the original developer of the MySQL database and main founder of MySQL AB. The original MySQL database was developed by Monty between 1981 – 1995, whereafter the MySQL AB company was founded around the product.
For the past 15 years Ian has been working as a Finance Director for high-growth technology companies including Skype, Phone.com, XcelleNet and Silicon Graphics. At Skype, Ian joined as Group Finance Director – initially part time – when they had zero revenue and six employees. Just 18 months later, Ian was part of the core team that sold Skype to eBay for €2.5 billion.
Tom joined OpenOcean from Nokia Corporation, where he spent almost 9 years in various leadership roles developing and investing in new businesses. Prior to Nokia, Tom was Managing Partner of Holtron Ventures, one of the A round investors into MySQL.
